YOGA IN THE PARK IS PROUDLY SPONSORED BY:
lululemon’s social impact program, Here To Be, believes that yoga and meditation are powerful tools that build resilience, promote health, and create community. This program makes the benefits of these healing practices accessible to all communities. We are rooted in local needs to create a global impact. Every one of our stores is in partnership with a best-in-class organization within their local community.
In Edmonton, our local Here to Be partner is the Be Free Yoga Project. Founded by local ambassador Katie Jolicoeur, this work aims to bring together the power of storytelling, yoga, and meditation, to all those affected by mental health. The Be Free Project empowers communities through honest, respectful conversation and believes mental health awareness is essential for building a healthy, thriving society.
On Thursday, January 18 you are invited to join us for our Here To Be Edmonton event for an evening of yoga, connection and conversation led by Katie (founder of the Be Free Project). Bring your mat, comfortable clothes to practice in, and come prepared for an all levels 90 minute practice.
Join Be Free Yoga and the Be Free Project for our 2nd annual Community for a Cause: Yoga in the Park!
