Join Katie Jolicoeur for a Yoga for Mental Wellbeing workshop.
This workshop is designed to give you practical tools to support your mental health and wellbeing through simple yoga, meditation and breathing exercises. Assisting you in moving through and managing your day to day stressors.
No yoga experience necessary, this workshop is simply to build your toolbox to care for your personal day to day mental health and is not meant as any type of treatment or treatment plan.
We will be practicing yoga during this workshop, so please bring with you a yoga mat, water bottle, journal, and wear comfortable clothes.
